Overview
Freight Links Group’s Property Division was established to build and manage properties for the Freight Links Group of companies. Currently, the division manages the group’s warehouses in Singapore as well as providing management expertise for corporate clients and oversees a dedicated Dangerous Goods Warehouse Complex. They offer space solutions to a wide range of clients. With the capability to bring together an experienced team, the Property Division is able to cater to any project, from factory construction through to warehouse design and management, specialist projects and interior retrofitting. This includes all aspects of design from site identification through to financing and eventual property management. To date, the Property Division has built a total space of more than two million square feet with an estimated project value of SGD$250 million.
